If your Squirrel purchase is not what you hoped I’d love to make it better. Please contact us with your name, date of purchase, order number or market venue, the items you’d like to return and the reason for the return.
To note:
Dog Treats, Face Masks, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
All items must be in new and unused condition.
Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit or is otherwise defective, please email a photo of the item including the packaging along with a note detailing the problem and we’ll get that resolved asap.
